Are the estimates 100% accurate?
No. AI-generated estimates are approximations, not professional appraisals or binding quotes. Hidden damage, parts availability, and labor rates can change the final cost. Have a repair professional inspect the vehicle before making repair decisions.
What happens to the photos I upload?
Damage photos and vehicle descriptions are sent to OpenAI to generate an estimate. Estimates and associated data are stored in your account history; you can delete individual estimates. See our Privacy Policy for details on processing, retention, and third-party services.
Do I need to verify my email?
Yes. We use a verification code to confirm your email address before you create an estimate.
Can I use this for an official insurance claim?
These AI-generated estimates are approximations only, not insurance assessments or binding quotes. Check with your insurer about the documentation they require for a claim.
What's the difference between the Free and Pro plans?
The Free tier includes one estimate per month. Pro is billed monthly per shop and includes unlimited estimates and shop branding. See Pricing for current options.
