1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using EstimateIQ ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. AI-Generated Estimates — Important Disclaimer

All repair estimates produced by EstimateIQ are generated by artificial intelligence and are approximations only. They do not constitute professional repair appraisals, insurance assessments, or binding quotes. Actual repair costs may vary significantly based on vehicle condition, parts availability, labor rates, and other factors not captured in the estimate.

EstimateIQ is a productivity tool for auto body professionals. Estimates should be reviewed and verified by a licensed technician before being presented to customers or submitted to insurance carriers.

3. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EstimateIQ and its owners shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of AI-generated estimates, including any financial loss resulting from reliance on estimate figures. You use the Service and its output at your own risk.

4. Subscription and Billing

EstimateIQ offers a Free tier (1 estimate per month) and a Pro tier billed at $49/month per shop. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a monthly basis. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

All payments are processed securely by Stripe. EstimateIQ does not store your payment card information.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate fraudulent estimates, submit false insurance claims, or engage in any activity that violates applicable law. We reserve the right to suspend accounts found to be misusing the platform.

6. Intellectual Property

The EstimateIQ platform, branding, and software are the property of EstimateIQ. You retain ownership of any shop information, photos, or data you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to process it solely for the purpose of generating estimates.

7. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
