  • Email address — used to manage your account, subscription, and send service-related communications.
  • Shop information — name, address, phone, and logo you enter in Shop Settings, used to personalize your estimate sheets.
  • Vehicle and damage descriptions — the text and photos you submit when creating an estimate, processed by AI to generate the estimate output.
  • Usage data — number of estimates generated, used to enforce free-tier limits and improve the Service.
  • Payment data — processed directly by Stripe. We do not store card numbers or payment details.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate AI-powered repair estimates based on your input.
  • To manage your subscription and enforce usage limits.
  • To send transactional emails (e.g., subscription receipts).
  • To improve and maintain the Service.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. AI Processing

Vehicle descriptions and damage photos you submit are sent to a third-party AI provider (OpenAI) to generate estimates. This data is processed in accordance with OpenAI's data use policies and is not used to train their models when accessed via API.

4. Data Retention

Estimates and associated data are stored in your account history. You can delete individual estimates at any time. If you cancel your account, we will retain your data for 90 days before permanent deletion.

5. Cookies and Tracking

EstimateIQ stores your email address in your browser's local storage to maintain your session. We do not use third-party advertising cookies or sell data to ad networks.
